Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

Arlene Marie accepts credit cards through PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card). You may pay by a personal check or money order if you are mailing your order. |

Payment for mail orders is by check or money order only. Please order online for the fastest possible service. Remember, most of these items are very limited and sold on a first come first served basis. Please email me to ensure your item will be available, and for mailing instructions. |

- Browse our products. When you've found an item you like, add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart. This action will open another window with your shopping cart. At this time you may: update your cart, continue shopping, or; proceed to checkout.
- If you elect to continue shopping repeat the above steps until you are ready to check out.
- Please review your shopping cart carefully and make any necessary changes. When you are ready to continue, simply click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- If you are new to PayPal, the system will ask you to enter your billing and shipping information. If you are a PayPal registered user, simply log in. |

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming receipt of your order. |

While shipping rates have increased, Arlene Marie has a standard flat rate of $4.05 (per order) for all the US orders. International orders have a standard flat rate of $8.50. Arlene Marie does not charge a handling fee. |

Weekdays: All items will ship on the same business day if the order is placed before 1PM, (EST).
Weekends: If your order is placed on the weekend, it will ship on the next business day. |

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays and Sundays.
If you desire to ship your order using a different shipping company and/or arrangement, please contact Arlene Marie prior to placing the order. |

Arlene Marie is happy to accept returns on defective items within 10 days of purchase. Please email me first if you wish to return an item. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container, and in a completely unaltered state. Arlene Marie is not responsible for postage on returned items. |
